Tapped Out Food & Beer Tasting
Beer has always been a St. Louis staple and an American pastime, but more than ever, the cold brew has firmly staked its claim in the culinary world. In celebration of beer and its endless wonders, we teamed up with St. Louis’ own 4 Hands Brewing Co. for Tapped Out, a tasting event that paired expertly prepared dishes from Executive Chef Rex Hale with 4 Hands craft brews.
This one-time tasting event took place on Thursday, October 11th and was limited to 50 people. The evening—which included pairings and recipes found nowhere else—was a beer lover’s dream!
