The wine is selected, the date is set, & sweet spring weather is on its way! Three Sixty’s Annual Sip into Spring event is back this April! Enjoy an intimate five course dinner paired with vintage wines from the Hess Collection. The Hess Collection celebrates its 30th vintage, establishing a new level of quality driven by a decade-long vineyard redevelopment plan. Breanna Burgess from the Hess Family Estate Winery will be joining the dinner to discuss each featured paring. For the culinary piece, Rex Hale, the Corporate Executive Chef for Lodging Hospitality Management, and Daniel Sammons, the Executive Chef for Three Sixty, will be hosting the dinner.
