Weekend brunch is getting a lot more scenic in downtown St. Louis. At the top of the A-List as everyone’s favorite spot and at the top of the St. Louis skyline, 360 is adding brunch to its expanded menu.
360 Executive Chef Rick Kazmer is now preparing brunch on Saturdays and Sundays each weekend at St. Louis’ tallest restaurant space. 360 is located at the top of the Hilton at the Ballpark, 400 feet above the downtown streets.
Brunch begins at 10 a.m. and continues until 1 p.m. on both days.
New entrees range from a Barbacoa Benedict prepared with Barbacoa Chicken, Green Chili Hollandaise, Poached Eggs, English Muffin and Home-style Potatoes to a 360 Slinger with House-made Chili over a Burger Patty, Potato Tots, and Jalapeno Popper dip on an English Muffin.
On Cardinals weekend game days, 360 will open at 10 a.m. and remain open for fans the entire day. On non-game days, the restaurant will close at 1 p.m. after brunch and reopen for the evening at 4 p.m.
